Top 15 Forgotten Characters In Naruto

Can you just guess how many freaking characters are there in Naruto series? It would literally take so much time that you’d just give up! And you know what? When there are so many characters in a manga series, there’s a high chance that you’ll forget most of them!

Hence, in this post I’ll mention a list of Forgotten Naruto Characters. These characters had a role to play at one point in the manga, but now they are just never talked about!

With this, let’s begin:

(15) Sasuke’s Parents

Itachi & Sasuke’s parents are hardly ever remembered after Itachi wiped out the entire clan. Itachi’s dad was kind of a big deal, yet as time passed they have been completely forgotten!

What’s even more surprising is that how Sasuke’s mom & Naruto’s mom met when they were pregnant! Who knew that these two yet-to-be-born kids were going to be best friends!

(14) Mito Uzumaki

Very little is known about Mito Uzumaki. Only that she was from the infamous Uzumaki clan, famous for their sealing jutsu! The manga has seldom talked about Mito. But, being a jinchuriki, Mito might have immense chakra prowess!

Many theories indicate that Mito died a natural death, while some other theory indicate she died because of Kurama…Whatever was the cause, Mito is never talked in the present generation (Boruto).

(13) Yamato

In Naruto: Shipudden Yamato played an important role in controlling Naruto’s Kurama outbreak! He was the only one who had powers similar to the 1st Hokage. But, for some reason we never see him in Boruto!

Maybe he is busy spending his life in calmness just like Kakashi. What do you say?

(12) Tayuya

Everybody hated Tayuya when she was introduced as a villain. It was not just about how strong she was, but also about her arrogant personality. Believe me or not, I rejoiced when she was finally defeated and put to place.

I also don’t think she needs to be remembered. She only emit bad memories!

(11) Shizune

Shizune was Tsunade’s shadow. Wherever Tsunade went Shizune went too! Unfortunately, she was immensely hated for that reason! Anyway, do you see her in Boruto? Heck, even Tsunade is seldom seen in the series, let alone Shizune.

Do you think Shizune finally married someone? Well even though she never expressed any desire to marry, I won’t be surprised if in a future episode we see her married…All in all, I don’t think Shizune is coming back in Boruto.

(10) Dan

Dan was Tsunade’s boyfriend, and most probably her future husband. They both loved each other dearly and decided to spend their lives together. But fate has planned something else for them! Dan died in a battle and that was the end of their dream!

Dan made a brief appearance as a Reanimation Jutsu, and said his final goodbye to Tsunade. Since we know very little about him, Dan is easily one of the most forgotten character in Naruto series.

(9) Hayato

We have finally entered the top 10 most forgotten character. Among the 10 is Hayato. If you recall Naruto’s childhood, Hayato was always there for Naruto. We fans never knew why his eyes felt as if he hadn’t slept for weeks, but in the end he was a finely trained Ninja.

Perhaps his absence from the Boruto series can be directly linked to his retirement! Because I don’t think Hayato is dead!

(8) Kotetsu

If I can recall correctly, I neve saw Kotetsu alone. He was always present with Izumo. Now, fans have created countless wild theories about Kotetsu & Izumo, but just for the sake of it, let’s assume that they were just good friends!

After Naruto was over, we never saw Kotetsu. These Shinobi are, sadly, never mentioned in Boruto.

(7) Izumo

As I said in the above section, Kotetsu & Izumo used to stay together in every situation. Whether in battle or peace. So, you already know that if Kotetsu does not appear anymore, that also means Izumo does not appear more…

All of these Ninja are long gone, forgotten, and I don’t think we ever going to see them again!

(6) Genma

All these Ninja I’m talking about are from the begone age. These dude are way older than Naruto. If I’m not wrong they are in their 50s as of writing this…What do you think they should be doing?

Genma is one of the very few Ninja in Naruto series who had belief for Naruto. Subconsciously he believed that Naruto would, one day, become a good Ninja. It’s sad to see such good character being completely forgotten!

(5) Ebisu

Ebisu is the type of guy who shows he’s the boss, but he isn’t when the real time comes! Throughout his appearance in Naruto series he never too off his glasses. Fans created several memes about him, and the meme still continues till date. But, do we see him in Boruto? No!

Ebisu was an irritating yet interesting character who had a large fanbase just because of how useless he was! He would surely attracted immense attention if reintroduced in Boruto..

(4) Nawaki

You see how similar his facial features are with Naruto? But, can you guess who this dude is? He was the younger brother of Tsunade who died too young! He only appeared in Tsunade’s imagination so there was already a high chance we would forget him.

Tsunade had a chance to bring Nawaki and her lover Dan back to life, but chose not to!

(3) Kosuke Maruboshi

Kosuke Maruboshi is famously known as the “Eternal Genin” because of a vow he took back in his childhood. Long story short, he decided to stay Genin all his life because of a mistake that caused deaths…There’s a high chance Kosuke Maruboshi is dead because he was already quite old in Naruto series.

Heck, the 2nd Hokage was alive when Kosuke was a kid. And now that Naruto’s next generation have turned teenagers, don’t you think he might be already dead? Do let me know what you think!

(2) Guren 

I know I’ll be hated hated for this, but for some reason I like Guren! Yeah she is an antagonist, but the way she is written is just amazing! Kishimoto is a genius! Within a short span of few episodes Naruto community were in splits whether to hate or love this her!

Unfortunately, after she reconciled with Yukimaru, her story pretty much ended there! Hence, she & Yukimaru were never see after Naruto: Shipudden.

(1) Yukimaru 

Be honest! Do you remember who this guy is? Yukimaru appeared in only few episodes of Naruto: Shipudden but gathered immense attention for his soft nature. Of course the VA also did a great job! Unfortunately some Naruto fans consider him naggy & irritating! What is your say on this?

Yukimaru was last seen in Naruto: Shippuden and after that he pretty much vanished! Boruto manga has not even mentioned whether he is alive or not!
