Why Did Black Clover Anime End?
Black Clover anime started in 2017 and after a lukewarm response, the story took pace and gathered later huge fanbase. But lately, Black Clover was facing a major issue. The Anime was too quick-paced against the manga and this created problem for not only the Anime team but also the Mangaka. To broaden the time-gap the Anime team at first decided to make as many fillers as possible. The Fillers were good enough, but the main issue still remained!
Hence, after a long decision, the Anime team decided to stop airing Black Clover. The final episode aired at the end of Match 2021.
When Will Black Clover Anime Return?
But, for Anime-only watchers there’s nothing to worry and be sad over, since the series is on its way to get a movie! Well, if you’re a big fan, then you’ll surely know this!

It’s because of the bumper success of Demon Slayer: Mugen Train.
Demon Slayer: Mugen Train has broken almost every record in Japan’s movie History, and success is only getting widened after its international release! Jujutsu Kaisen and Black Clover are trying to repeat that same feat, and I cannot be more excited for the movies to release.
Will Black Clover Manga End?
From what I can say, the Manga is approaching the end of the Spade Kingdom Arc. Dante and Vanica has been defeated and it’s highly unlikely that they’ll return! There’s also high chance that both Dante and Vanica are dead. Vanica is surely dead after the intense beating she got and also her body taken over by Megicula.
According to the latest chapter, Zenon has revealed his true form. And it seems that he is the most powerful among the trio. Yuno’s present power is not enough to even put a deep scratch on Zenon’s Demon body. But, what reassuring is the Finral and his younger brother have taken the lead after Yuno’s defeat!
Now, it’s only a matter of time when we see these two brothers show how powerful they are when together. Asta has been idle for quite a time now. I think the mangaka has decided to give the other characters more screen time as most of the manga only revolves around Asta and his development.
