“Is Zoro Stronger Than Luffy?” is one of the hottest question in One Piece manga. What’s surprising is that this question is not something new! It has been there since ages…So, who is stronger Zoro or Luffy?

Well, there are countless theories related to that, and this will be just an addition. But, I’ll make sure it’s as accurate and simple as possible.

How Strong Is Zoro Actually?

No doubt Zoro is insanely strong! Dude can wipe-out a group of highly trained samurai in just one slash of his blade. So, in terms of raw strength, Zoro is really strong.

On top of having immense mastery over swordsmanship, he is also the only one who wields more than two sword! Of course, how can we forget that all the swords he carries are unique!

Especially after the time-skip Zoro’s allover capability has increase multifold. Training under Mihawk has made him one of the strongest swordsman good enough to beat almost every swordsman in existence (not Mihawk, yet).

The last point I want to cover is about durability. Zoro is not only strong but also durable. In this case I feel he is more durable than Luffy. It’s very to see him pant and face defeat, until the enemy is way out of the league.

Is Zoro Stronger Than Luffy?

No, Zoro is not stronger than Luffy.

Unfortunately, it’s all the “fan hype” that has given an impression that Zoro is stronger. An another reason is that Zoro is portrayed as a “chad” who doesn’t give a f**ck about anything. This is also one the major reason why there’s always a tough competition between him and Luffy in Popularity Polls.

For a moment let’s also compare these two in terms of Haki, etc. Zoro being a sword fighter, he had already mastered Armament Haki way before Luffy mastered Ryuo in Wano. So, at of writing this both of them have equally mastered this technique, only the names are different.

Now, let’s come to Conqueror’s Haki. We OP fans always knew that Zoro would, one day, unleash Conqueror’s Haki. And he did while pushed to his limits against Kaido. Even Kaido was astonished when he observed this!

And when it comes to Luffy using Conqueror’s Haki, it’s nothing new! He unleashed Conqueror’s Haki even before the time-skip happened. Twice, if I recall correctly.

In short, when it comes to Haki, both Luffy & Zoro are adept at using it. Zoro have to train a bit more to gain mastery over Conqueror’s Haki but I don’t think he will take much time…

So, in conclusion, you can see that Luffy is definitely stronger than Zoro when it comes to overall strength. Does that mean that Zoro is weaker? Of course not! Zoro is insanely strong, and I won’t be surprised if beats Mihawk at the end of the series.
